Membership

Members receive Nota Lepidopterologica and News as well as eventual Lists of Members, and are entitled to register for participation at the biannual European Congresses of Lepidopterology.
To become a member of the Societas Europaea Lepidopterologica (SEL), fill in a printout of the membership application form, and mail it to the Membership Secretary.
The annual subscription shall be paid at the beginning of the year. The current
rates are:
Ordinary members (individuals) — 35.— €
Corporate members (associations) — 45.— €
There is an additional admission fee in the year of entrance of 2.50 €.
Membership cannot become effective unless the subscription and the admission fee have been fully paid. New members will then receive the Membership Card.
Payments are requested to the SEL Postbank Account no. 195650507 at Postbank Köln (Bank Code 370 100 50). For transfers to that account from within the EU use the International Bank Account Number (IBAN) DE63 3701 0050 0195 6505 07, and the Bank Identifier Code (BIC) PBNKDEFF.
Residents in Germany may use direct debit for the payment of subscriptions, and are kindly requested to authorize the Treasurer by completing the appropriate section of the membership application form.
For the convenience of the members in several European countries and the United States of America, a local treasurer can collect subscriptions in Austria, Belgium (and Luxembourg), the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the U.K., and the U.S.A.
